- Site Inspection Report along with sketch (with details like: Drain/Valley/Hill/HT Line/Lake/ Water body/Foot track/Cart track/ Existing Public Road/Master Plan Road /Storm Water Drain etc., and whether Existing buildings constructed are as per approved plan if any) by Development Officer.
- No Affidavit and undertakings required
